Fair play
Every draw is fixed before the box opens. After it opens, you can check it yourself.
How a draw works
- Seal
Before you open a box, Lutai creates a secret seed and shows you its SHA-256 hash. The hash locks the seed in place without revealing it.
- Mix
You can type your own seed. It goes into every draw next to the secret seed, so neither side picks the result alone.
- Draw
The game hashes the secret seed, your seed, the draw number and the box name. The first 8 hex digits of that hash become a ticket from 0000 to 9999. The odds table on each box page shows which tickets belong to which item.
- Check
After the draw the secret seed is revealed. Hash it and compare with the sealed hash, then repeat the draw below and land on the same item.
The formula
sealed hash = SHA-256(secretSeed)
input = secretSeed:yourSeed:drawNumber:boxSlug
hash = SHA-256(input)
ticket = floor( int(first 8 hex digits of hash)
/ 4294967296 * 10000 )
item = the odds-table row whose
ticket range holds the ticketAny SHA-256 tool gives the same hashes. Paste the draw input from the checker below to try it.
Check a draw
Pick one of your draws, or use the example. Change any value and watch the result break.

What the demo shows, and what it does not
Where the demo differs
Your browser plays the server. The secret seed sits in your browser storage, so you could read it before a draw. A live product would keep it on a server until the box opens and would rotate seeds on a schedule.
What stays the same
The odds, the ticket ranges and the formula are the ones a live product would publish. Each box page lists every item with its chance, and the chances add up to 100%.
What it costs to play
Average item value runs from 88% to 93% of a box price, depending on the box. Selling an item back pays 80% of its value, so most rounds lose coins. Play coins are free: spin the daily wheel.
